2. Which lawn mower engine brands do you sell?
Our zero turn lawn mowers are equipped with Kawasaki, Kohler, and Toro engines, while the push mowers and garden tractor mowers are equipped with Briggs & Stratton, Kawasaki, and Kohler engines.
3. Do you repair brands of equipment that you do not sell?
We specialize in small engine repair and can fix many of the popular tractor and zero turn mower brands as well as two-cycle handheld equipment. While there are some brands that we are unable to repair, we can still service their engines as long as the engine is one of the following brands: Kawasaki, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Honda.
The brands that we cannot do non-engine repair work for are:

- Hustler/Big Dog
- Country Clipper
- Spartan
- Dixon
- Ferris
- Walker
- John Deere
- Dixie Chopper

4. What is your hourly shop labor rate?
We charge $90 per hour (plus sales tax) with a minimum charge of $45 (plus sales tax) for each mower and each handheld outdoor power tool inspected. For repairs that cost more than $100, we will provide you with a repair estimate and seek your approval before performing the work.
Payment is due upon pickup (or before delivery) of your mower. For handheld equipment, we require the $45 minimum charge to be paid at the time the unit is dropped off with the balance due after the repair work is completed.
5. Do I need to schedule an appointment before dropping off my mower for repair?
We do not require an appointment to drop off your mower at the repair shop. Feel free to visit us anytime during normal operating hours.
6. Do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer a pickup and delivery service within a 30-mile radius for mowers that need to be repaired as well as for purchased mowers. Our round-trip rate starts at $60 (plus sales tax). Please call to schedule a pickup and obtain an exact price.
7. Do you offer a mobile mower repair service?
We do not repair mowers at an individual’s home. However, feel free to schedule our pickup and delivery service if you are unable to bring the mower to us.
8. How long will it take to repair my lawn equipment?
The repair time is subject to a variety of factors such as the time of year, parts availability, and current workload. Typically, two weeks is the minimum wait for a repair job, while one week is the minimum wait for a service job. Please realize that while we work very hard to repair your equipment as soon as possible, our shop operates on a first-come, first-serve basis and the completion time quoted is only a rough estimate and not a guarantee.
9. Can I qualify for mower financing?
With mower financing, the credit decision is made by the finance company once an individual’s personal credit history has been submitted. We have a simple finance application that you can fill out today, and we will do our best to find a finance company that will approve you. The best way to know is to simply apply!
10. Will you accept a trade-in mower if I purchase a new zero turn?
Sorry, we do not accept trade-ins when customers purchase a new mower, nor do we sell any used mowers!
